Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use TripPlano at tripplano.com (“TripPlano”, “we”). By creating an account or generating a trip, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What TripPlano does

TripPlano creates day-by-day travel itineraries. An AI model drafts each plan, and the places are then checked against Google Maps data for their location, address and regular opening hours. You can edit, adjust, export and share your trips.

TripPlano is a planning tool. We don't sell or book flights, hotels, tours or tickets, and we aren't a travel agency.

Accuracy

Plans are suggestions. Visit lengths, travel times and costs are estimates, and opening hours can change or differ on holidays. Always confirm times, prices, availability, entry rules and safety information with the venue or operator before you travel. You are responsible for your travel decisions.

Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate account details.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around plan limits.

Plans and limits

Free: 2 new trips per calendar month, up to 3 days each. Without an account you can create trips of up to 3 days. A trip made without an account can be saved to your account only while your plan has room for it.

Pro: trips up to 21 days and up to 30 new trips per month (a fair-use limit that protects the service). Editing, AI day adjustments, PDF export and sharing are included in every plan. Failed generations don't count toward your limit.

Current prices are shown on the pricing page. If we change the price of Pro, we'll email you before it applies to your next renewal.

Billing

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which handles checkout, invoices and applicable sales tax or VAT. Creem's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Pro renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. Your card is charged at the start of each period.

A trip pass is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Each pass unlocks one trip with Pro limits (up to 21 days) and doesn't expire. If the trip can't be created, the pass is returned to your account.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel anytime from your profile (Manage billing) or the link in your receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew.
• Not used yet: if you haven't created a trip since upgrading to Pro, email official@tripplano.com within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we'll refund it in full.
• Once used, no refund: Pro counts as used once you've created a trip after upgrading. From then on, that payment isn't refundable. By starting to use Pro you agree that the service begins straight away and that your right to withdraw from the purchase ends, as set out in Creem's buyer terms.
• Trip passes: an unused pass is refunded in full if you email us within 14 days of buying it. Once you've used it to create a trip, it isn't refundable.
• Renewal payments aren't refundable. You can cancel anytime so the next renewal doesn't happen.
• We always refund billing mistakes, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, and anything else the law requires.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Creem, usually within 5–10 business days.

Acceptable use

Don't use TripPlano to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Scrape, resell or automate trip generation, or overload our systems.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is harmful or offensive.
• Probe, attack or get around the security or limits of the service.

We may suspend accounts that do. If we suspend a paid account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your period.

Your content

Your trips and uploads stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service, and to show them to people you share them with. Trips are private unless you share them.

Third-party services and links

Place details, photos and maps come from providers including Google Maps, Wikipedia and OpenStreetMap, each with its own terms. Some pages link to partner sites such as tour or eSIM providers; we may earn a commission if you buy through these links, at no extra cost to you.

Liability

TripPlano is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by relying on a plan, such as a closed venue or a missed connection. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Questions about these terms or your account: official@tripplano.com. We reply within 3 business days.
