Yes. A trip pass is a one-time payment of $2.99 for one trip up to 21 days, with multi-city routes. You can buy several at once. No subscription, and passes never expire. If the trip can't be created, you get the pass back.
Yes. Cancel from your profile under Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew.
If you haven't created a trip since upgrading, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Once you've used Pro to create a trip, that payment isn't refundable. Billing mistakes are always refunded. Details are in our terms.
Nothing. Every trip you created stays yours to view, edit and share. New trips follow the Free limits.
Checkout runs on Creem, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
